Drive Sales Growth in North America
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to drive adoption of our product at universities and colleges across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and growth.
* Developing and executing a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Providing engaging product demonstrations to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians, effectively communicating value and features.
* Building strong relationships with clients and users through proactive communication via email and phone calls.
* Analyzing market trends and making data-driven decisions to prioritize opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
* Collaborating closely with marketing teams to deliver on sales targets and campaign objectives.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, STEM Publishing, or SaaS.
* Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and platforms like Hubspot.
* Confidence in dealing with clients and product users.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
* Proven resilience and ability to overcome challenges in a fast-paced sales environment.
