Scrum Team Leader
We are seeking a skilled Scrum team leader to drive our projects forward.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Kanban;
* Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Trello;
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts and applications hosted in cloud environments is preferred;
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams;
* Fluency in English and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
* Certification in Scrum or Agile is an asset but not required.
As a Scrum team leader, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading daily stand-ups and retrospectives;
2. Coordinating sprint planning and execution;
3. Collaborating with team members to set priorities and achieve goals;
4. Communicating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
