Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales leader who can develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key customers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the food ingredients or food additives industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify market trends and customer needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs
* Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development support as needed
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the food ingredients or food additives industry
* Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships
* Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, with ability to develop solutions to meet those needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a focus on results-oriented delivery
