Lead regional short-, mid- and long-term demand and supply planning, balance, and execution, providing visibility on supply risks, mitigation plans, and supply opportunities. Manage all materials planning and production planning for all tollers in Latin America, ensuring reliable, safe, and high-quality supply delivered on time. Directly interface with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Regional Leadership to facilitate the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) cycle, ensuring that the information needed for business management is gathered and presented to support decision-making and maximize profitability.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:Lead the Demand Planning & Supply Team: recruitment, training, expertise, motivation, good practices, People development etc. Integrated planning and decision making | Engage, collaborate and improve cross functional country and Regional SI&OP process, while translating regional sales demands into one integrated commercial-financial-supply plan. Additionally, along with Marketing & Sales, steer product launches, steer product allocations and manage product positioning at distribution. Be responsible for managing the demand forecast flow, optimizing stock levels & inventories and proposing solutions to balance appropriate stock levels and profitability Orchestrate Regional supply planning process | Lead the supply planning process from short to long term, balancing costs and service level, through financial analysis to support decision making. Negotiate manufacturing capacity according to the business needs and optimize cost of goods Demand and Supply Reconciliation | Lead the creation of constrained demand plan, agree and communicate product availability, with transparency and constructive discussions with stakeholders about tradeoffs involved. Work together with the Customer Service, Finance and internal clients such as Marketing and Sales, to generate feasible demand allocation plans for E2E SC coordination. Drive inventory optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce excess stock levels. Lead and implement inventory reduction initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal stock availability across the network. Maximize business outcomes by balancing inventory turnover with customer service levels, improving forecast alignment and replenishment decisions. Utilize data-driven insights and advanced analytics to monitor key performance indicators, support scenario-based decision-making, and continuously refine inventory management processes in line with regional strategic goals. Optimize materials and production planning for external manufacturing operations. Developing and implementing efficient planning processes that ensure timely product availability while minimizing costs of goods sold. Collaborate closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to align production schedules with demand forecasts, facilitating seamless operations and reducing lead times. Continuously assess and refine planning strategies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained at optimal rates to meet customer needs without incurring unnecessary expenses. Enable business & valuable customers experience I Ensure materials availability according to business & quality needs. Define and negotiate and adjust production priorities to deliver valuable customer experience. SI&OP | Coordinate SI&OP and, performance KPI within the region. Provide necessary information on product availability to the commercial area, enabling best decision making and supply optimizations.Planning Excellence | Foster planning excellence to optimize and continuously improve planning processes. Demonstrated ability to drive planning excellence through the implementation or optimization of tools such as o9 solutions, improving forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main requirements:Degree, on Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent, MBA or Master in Supply chain Management preferred APICS certification is a plus 10 Years cumulative experience in different areas of Supply Chain.
