About the Role:
* Main Responsibilities:
* The primary role is to manage existing customer accounts, explore new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
* Action Items:
* Develop and implement account plans to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Regularly review customer accounts and provide insightful business reviews.
Qualifications:
* A proven track record in sales, preferably in the software industry.
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, enterprise IT environments, and open-source software.
* Essential Skills:
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
Work Environment:
