ServiceNow ITOM Developer
As a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer, you will lead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related ITOM modules will drive innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
* Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs.
* Lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business value.
* Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure team success.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, leveraging automation and DevOps principles.
* Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring stability and reducing manual regression efforts.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
* Maintain documentation for development and configuration, ensuring transparency and ease of understanding.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience, with a focus on ITOM.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools like Git, and Agile principles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
