Transformative UX/UI Designer
We are seeking a skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge, web-based platform that brings products, cabinetry, and customized apartments to life in real-time.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with expertise in making designs for the web, Figma, and Jira. They will also be able to work closely with development teams and apply UI/UX Design in an agile process.
The role will involve conducting comprehensive user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing visually appealing and responsive user interfaces, iterating designs based on user feedback and usability testing results, and documenting design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for reference and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct user research to understand target audiences and their needs
* Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts
* Design visually appealing and responsive user interfaces
* Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
* Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for reference and collaboration
Requirements:
* At least five years of experience as a UI/UX designer
* Expertise in making designs for the web
* Experience with Figma
* Experience with Jira would be an advantage
* Ability to work closely with development teams
* Experience applying UI/UX Design in an agile process
