Role Overview
The Brand Manager is responsible for strengthening and expanding the brand's presence across all touchpoints. This role ensures that the brand's strategic foundation, identity, and experience are consistently executed, while driving measurable impact through brand performance metrics and cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Consistency & Experience Execution
2. Ensure the brand comes to life coherently across every audience and touchpoint.
This includes safeguarding the correct application of brand equities, positioning principles, and creative standards in all communications, experiences, and materials—internal and external.
1. Brand Instrumentation & Identity Development
2. Lead the evolution of essential brand tools and frameworks (e.g., brand strategy, tone of voice, visual identity, messaging system).
3. Continuously refine and elevate the brand's personality to ensure differentiation, cultural relevance, and long-term consistency.
4. Brand Measurement, Insights & Performance Tracking
5. Oversee brand performance metrics such as brand funnel health, brand equity tracking, campaign shifts and perception studies.
6. Partner with research teams to design studies, interpret insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that inform marketing and product decisions.
7. Visual & Verbal Project Leadership (Cross-Functional Partner)
8. Act as the strategic partner to design, content, and verbal teams—aligning priorities, scoping needs, and managing project timelines.
9. Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure brand visual and verbal outputs are executed with excellence, consistency, and strategic alignment
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Experience in branding, marketing, or creative communications.
3. Proficient in business-level English communication.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to break down goals and coordinate execution effectively.
5. Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of mobilizing cross-functional resources to drive projects to completion as planned.
