Key Responsibilities
* Provide
L1/L2 support
for enterprise applications.
* Log, monitor, and document
tickets/incidents
using ITSM tools.
* Investigate root causes and coordinate issue resolution with
Operations and Development teams

* Maintain compliance with
SLAs
and ensure consistent service quality.
* Support and troubleshoot
IIS-hosted .NET / C# / SQL applications
and
RESTful services
.
* Collaborate effectively in an
international environment
using multiple communication channels.
Required Skills & Knowledge
* Windows Server
and
MS SQL Server
fundamentals.
* Familiarity with
ITIL
,
SDLC
, and
product lifecycle methodologies
.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate across
technical and business teams
.
* Good understanding of
enterprise application support
(up to 2 years' experience).
* Preferred:
IIS, ASP.NET, Message Queues, exposure to European clients.
* Advanced Eng level
