Business Data Analyst
Role: Business Data Analyst. A vital position in our organization.
Location: Remote – Brazil. Work arrangement: Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements with product managers & product owners.
* Contribute to Agile Product Delivery as part of a collaborative team.
* Maintain expertise in tools like Power BI, Snowflake, SAP ERP, and SAP HANA, SQL knowledge is essential.
* Leverage reporting tools for analysis such as Office, Power BI etc.
* Develop strategic roadmaps to drive the company forward.
* Serve as liaison across business units, information technology, and outside customers by investigating relevant information and creating recommendations.
* Refine Product Backlog Items together with the Scrum Team and subject matter experts to ensure understanding of items needed for estimation and planning during sprint planning.
* Experience launching software/solutions or services in partnership with business and engineering teams.
* High degree of proficiency in wireframes, prototyping, iterative development, and agile principles.
* Inspire a team to act jointly accountable for its product.
* Drive end-to-end delivery of highly innovative products, including digital core, dashboards, APIs, cloud, e-commerce, real-time alerts, artificial intelligence.
* Excellent organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills at all levels.
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization, and time management skills.
* Understanding of cloud data lakes and data warehouse systems.
* Familiarity with MS Power BI for business reporting and self-service.
* Prior experience working in a global, highly matrixed Consumer Packaged Goods company, preferably in Supply Chain domains.
* Knowledge of CPG market, industry trends, and customer needs to inform product vision and roadmap.
* Experience creating automated data quality management rules.
