This is a hands-on thinker/doer role for someone who can design, edit, and animate polished creative in a fast-moving environment. The right person is not just a strong editor, but someone with real motion design ability, strong visual instincts, and a sharp eye for layout, typography, pacing, and UI-driven storytelling. You should be comfortable creating elevated, design-forward work that feels intentional, modern, and performance-minded. You will work closely with their internal teams and external stakeholders to develop digital and social creative across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate understands direct response marketing, knows how to balance speed with craft, and is eager to push creative quality while staying aligned to performance goals.
