Role Overview
The Agile Team Facilitator role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Agile teams within a business environment. This position plays a vital part in guiding teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners towards embracing lean-agile principles.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate major ART events such as PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Manage the ART calendar effectively to maintain program-level cadence, aligning with business goals.
* Foster collaboration among team members by facilitating problem-solving sessions.
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on lean-agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks that may hinder project progress.
* Elevate critical issues to leadership when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
* Optimize the flow of value across the ART, streamlining processes for efficient delivery.
* Maintain dependencies and architectural runway, ensuring seamless integration of tasks.
Stakeholder Communication
* Maintain open communication with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Liaise between business strategy and technical execution, driving results-oriented solutions.
