Workday Project Management Lead
About the Role:
The Workday Project Management Lead will lead and coordinate release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning. This individual will also prepare project presentations, resource plans, and schedules.
Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Schedule and Resource Management: Develop and manage project schedules and resource allocation plans, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing delays.
* Business Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights, informing project decisions and driving business outcomes.
* Configuration and Support: Act as a Workday Configuration SME, providing support for production issues and enhancements, and maintaining a knowledge/response catalog.
* Integration and Testing: Collaborate on CCB and Studio integrations in Workday HCM space, including payroll and end-to-end support, and review test cases to ensure quality.
Requirements:
* Workday Expertise: Must have Workday Certified (HCM, Compensation, or related module) certification.
* Experience: 5+ years' experience in Workday functional, BA, or PM roles.
* Skills: Strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge, proven experience with production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery, excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, and exposure to CCB, Studio integrations, and payroll support.
