Scrum Master
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Product and Engineering environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding one or two Scrum teams, and partnering with Agile leadership to improve team performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
• Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
• Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
• Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
• Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
• Experience working with distributed, global teams
