Company Overview We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with U.S.-based brands, primarily in specialized industries such as boating. Our work spans paid advertising, email marketing, blog content, and multi-channel campaigns. We produce a high volume of public-facing content that must be accurate, on-brand, and technically correct. Hours : Part-time. 10-15 hours a week Responsibilities Write, edit, and proofread marketing content across: Email campaigns and nurture sequences Blog articles and website content Paid advertising copy (Meta, search, etc.) Newsletters and press-style content Collaborate closely with the founder in an iterative editorial workflow (write → edit → refine → publish) Ensure all content is: Factually accurate and technically correct Aligned with brand voice and guidelines Free of grammatical and contextual errors Verify details such as product specifications, imagery alignment, and brand standards Assist in developing new content (e.G., full email nurture sequences) Work within marketing platforms (e.G., GoHighLevel or similar tools) to locate and update content Learn and adapt to industry-specific knowledge over time Potentially communicate with clients for revisions and feedback (future growth path) Qualifications Strong experience in copywriting and editing (advertising, email, blog, or digital content) Excellent written English with high attention to detail Ability to catch technical inaccuracies and inconsistencies Experience working with brand voice guidelines Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working in a high-volume content environment Willingness to learn new industries and adapt quickly Preferred Qualifications Experience with marketing tools such as GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or similar Familiarity with U.S.-based brands and audiences Experience in digital marketing agencies Ability to both write original content and edit others’ work Basic understanding of AI tools for content support
