Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2012) solutions to support business operations. Work within an on-prem AX environment, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance. Design and implement technical solutions using C# and .NET. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions. Support system integrations, customizations, upgrades, and performance optimizations. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application or system issues efficiently. Document system designs, processes, and best practices to maintain operational clarity. Contribute to the continuous improvement of AX systems and workflows. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2012). Hands-on development experience using C# and .NET. Background as a DAX / Microsoft Engineer, with strong understanding of enterprise systems. Comfortable in a techno-functional role, engaging both technical and business stakeholders. Experience supporting on-premise enterprise systems and ensuring operational stability. Preferred Experience: Previous exposure to transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries. Experience with large-scale, enterprise ERP environments.
