What will be your role in this purpose?
As Gamification Developer, you will work with large clients, with opportunities for growth in data areas related to the financial sector, impacting critical areas such as fraud detection and credit analysis. You will have tools, knowledge, and opportunities to advance and be ready to build a better business world for our people, clients, and supporting communities. You will be at the forefront of digital transformation in the financial sector, designing innovative solutions with Generative AI.

Why you? If you meet the requirements below, this opportunity could be yours:
* Education: Currently studying or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Games, or related fields; Advanced knowledge in Programming Logic and Data Structures;
* Technical Skills:
o Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web development languages;
o Knowledge of Spring, Spring Data, and Microservices;
o Basic knowledge of Angular framework;
o Basic understanding of Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL, Oracle;
o Familiarity with version control tools like Git;
o Object-oriented programming knowledge;
o Basic understanding of unit testing;
o JWT authentication;
o Knowledge of gamification concepts;
o Understanding of key gamification elements: Points, badges, rankings, missions, challenges, etc;
o Interest in gaming mechanics and their application in corporate, educational, or marketing contexts;
o Previous experience in digital games is a plus.
* Soft skills:
o Basic self-management, organization, and agile methodologies;
o Proactivity and curiosity to learn and work in teams;
o Good communication skills to collaborate with UX professionals, developers, and a multidisciplinary team;
o Ability to strategize user engagement.
Desirable/Differential Requirements:
* Portfolio, participation in academic projects, hackathons, or gamified prototypes; GitHub with code samples or demonstrable projects;
* Knowledge of the Financial Sector;
* Generative Artificial Intelligence;
Main Responsibilities and Challenges:
* Understanding key gamification elements: Points, badges, rankings, missions, challenges, etc;
* Interest in gaming mechanics and their application in various contexts;
* Ability to develop engagement strategies for end-users.
