Senior IT Project Manager – Clinical & Life Sciences Technology

We’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a cutting-edge clinical technology platform that supports risk-based quality management across global studies. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of IT, clinical operations, and regulatory compliance, helping life sciences organizations improve quality, efficiency, and oversight at scale.
What You’ll Do
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring success across scope, timeline, cost, quality, and value
* Act as the primary client and business contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
* Lead cross-functional, matrixed, and global project teams (internal and external)
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource models, and risk mitigation strategies
* Proactively manage scope change, financial performance, and delivery risks
* Ensure projects meet GxP, regulatory, and IT quality standards
* Drive clear governance through steering committees, reporting, and KPIs
* Support adoption of Agile and product-focused ways of working
* Contribute to continuous improvement, documentation quality, and delivery best practices
What You Bring
* 7+ years of IT project experience, including 2+ years leading full project lifecycles
* Background delivering projects across clinical systems, enterprise solutions, infrastructure, or cybersecurity
* Strong understanding of regulatory environments and quality-driven IT delivery
* Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, global environments
Nice to Have
* Project Management, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Program Management certifications
* Experience with global or multi-region projects
* Knowledge of GxP requirements for IT delivery
* Prior experience in life sciences, clinical trials, or regulated software platforms
* Master’s degree or advanced qualification
