Expert Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Support Professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver specialized technical solutions to escalated support cases.
* Provide proactive, personalized customer service.
* Strengthen partnerships with clients through technical excellence and accountability.


Technical Troubleshooting Skills:

* Web application analysis using Chrome Developer Tools.
* API testing and validation using Postman or cURL.
* IIS and SSL diagnostics for resolving issues on Windows Application Servers.

You will work closely with internal teams to diagnose, resolve, and prevent recurring issues. Your key responsibilities include delivering specialized technical solutions to escalated support cases, providing proactive, personalized customer service, and strengthening partnerships with clients through technical excellence and accountability.
