Company Description We are Charly, a growing digital agency specializing in web design, UX/UI, branding, ecommerce, and development for clients primarily in the US. Our team is spread across Europe and Latin America and we are scaling fast. We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist who is passionate about websites, data, and improving performance. This role will focus on analyzing user behavior, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and implementing structured experimentation to improve lead generation and sales performance across our client projects. You will work closely with our Project Managers, designers, developers, and leadership team to ensure that the websites we build are not only visually strong but also optimized to convert.Your Core Responsibilities Conduct CRO audits for client websites and landing pages to identify friction points, funnel drop-offs, and conversion barriers Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, heatmaps, and session recordings Identify issues related to checkout abandonment, form drop-offs, mobile UX problems, trust gaps, and messaging clarity Design and implement structured A/B or multivariate experiments to improve conversion performance Optimize key elements including headlines, CTAs, layouts, forms, product pages, and landing pages Prepare structured audit reports with prioritized recommendations based on potential revenue impact Collaborate with designers, developers, and PMs to implement CRO improvements across active client projects Join client and sales calls when necessary to explain CRO strategies, findings, and experiment results in clear, non-technical language Continuously refine optimization strategies as new data and experiment results become availableWho this role is perfect for: Someone with strong analytical thinking who can translate data into clear action steps Someone who understands both UX and marketing psychology behind conversions Someone comfortable running experiments and interpreting results Someone who enjoys working with websites, funnels, and digital products Someone proactive who can identify improvement opportunities without waiting for direction Someone comfortable collaborating with designers, developers, and project managers in a remote team environment Someone fluent in English and confident communicating with clients Based in Latin AmericaWhat We Offer: Full-time remote role in a growing digital agency Flexible work environment with a distributed international team Opportunity to work on multiple websites and client projects across different industries Direct collaboration with leadership, PMs, designers, and developers Long-term role with the opportunity to shape CRO processes as the agency scalesTo Apply: To apply, send your CV and a 1-minute video introducing yourself and your experience towith the subject line:\"CRO & Marketing Specialist Application - [Your Full Name]\"In your video, briefly cover who you are, your marketing and CRO background, and one result or project you are proud of.
