About the Role:
We seek a seasoned recruitment professional to drive strategic talent acquisition operations and client engagement in Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
 * Act as primary liaison between clients and our organization, ensuring high-quality recruitment services delivery.
 * Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee recruitment team performance, ensuring consistent SLA and KPI achievement.
 * Analyze operational data, identify trends, and proactively solve issues to improve recruiting processes.
 * Influence team towards achieving delivery goals and maintaining high client satisfaction.
 * Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership.
Required Qualifications:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
 * Able to analyze challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
