As a Head of Digital Marketing, we need a strong leader who can able to organize all digital campaigns across our B2C brand. Responsibilities: - Lead digital transformation initiatives, scaling performance marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube platforms. - Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies by leveraging analytics, segmentation, and personalized messaging to maximize engagement and conversion rates. - Strengthen brand positioning through market research and competitive analysis, increasing top-of-mind awareness (TOMA). - Optimize user journeys using AI-driven personalization, resulting in a 30% uplift in conversion rates. - Manage cross-functional teams—including product, design, and content—for cohesive brand execution across all digital touchpoints. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau to inform strategic decisions. - Drive user acquisition through integrated multi-channel campaigns, including partnerships and influencer marketing. - Lead and mentor a team of media buyers and creative strategists to ensure campaign excellence and innovation. - Set and monitor core KPIs (CPA, ROI, LTV), conduct daily performance reviews, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with tracking and analytics teams to ensure accurate data collection and transparent reporting.
