They complete work orders and record materials used on jobs. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area, as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all equipment through work orders and scheduled activities, ensuring proper functioning of assets.Conduct routine inspections to diagnose the condition and operation of equipment and electrical panels, reporting anomalies found.Record repairs, replaced components, and detailed activities performed in the maintenance system SAP, generating historical data and control of interventions.Keep equipment and work areas organized, ensuring their preservation by organizing environments, equipment, and tools regularly used, and reporting any detected issues.Ensure proper documentation by filling out relevant maintenance forms and reports.Analyze root causes of equipment problems and failures based on management triggers to eliminate recurring causes.Minimum RequirementsComplete technical training in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.Technical knowledge in electrical and electronic maintenance of injection molding machines, presses, testing benches, automation systems, and industrial robots (preferred).Proficiency with system recovery tools (e.g., Acronis), management of backups for PLCs and Industrial Computers. Knowledge in machine learning and industrial AI (Industry 4.0) is desirable.
