**Job Summary**:
The Strategy Deployment Analyst 3 initiates the implementation of defined programs by managing execution maintaining governance and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders. This position builds credibility across teams through strong ownership and delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Develop initiative frameworks roadmaps and performance tracking tools
- Partner with business leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities
- Manage OKRs KPIs and other performance metrics for key initiatives
- Synthesis initiative progress and insights into executive-ready reporting
- Identify and escalate systematic execution risks dependencies or misalignments
- Coach initiative leads and team members on execution best practices
- Support evolution of the strategy deployment operating model
- Conduct post-initiative reviews to assess business impact and lesson learned
- Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in strategy consulting business operations or PMO roles
- Strong ability executing cross-functional programs or business planning processes
- Strong change management experience
- Strong cross-functional area includes product finance and GTM market teams
- Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong facilitation and project management skill
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
- Strong data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills
