In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Key responsibilities include building strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies, evaluating applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews, and posting job advertisements across relevant platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and a high level of professionalism and customer service focus.
As a recruitment professional, you will be responsible for recruiting LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies and supporting U.S.-based recruiting efforts.
