About the Role:
We’re hiring a Fulfillment Associate to support day-to-day DTC and marketplace operations for a fast-growing US ecommerce company.
This role is highly operational and execution-focused. You will work closely with the D2C Fulfillment Manager and play a key role in keeping inventory, transfers, and order flows accurate and aligned across systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing inventory reconciliation across NetSuite and external systems
* Creating and tracking transfer orders
* Coordinating inbound purchase orders (POs)
* Working closely with 3PL partners to ensure smooth fulfillment
* Supporting DTC and marketplace operational workflows
* Monitoring discrepancies and resolving inventory issues
* Ensuring accurate ERP/WMS data alignment
* Supporting day-to-day logistics execution
This is a hands-on role, not strategy, but real operational ownership.
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years experience in ecommerce fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations
* Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (required)
* Experience with ERP/WMS systems
* Background in DTC ecommerce operations
* Experience coordinating with 3PL partners
* High attention to detail (inventory accuracy is critical)
* Comfortable working EST hours
Nice to Have:
* Experience with US-based ecommerce brands
* Marketplace exposure (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
* Experience in high-SKU environments
