Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Data Management team. This role is responsible for supporting critical data processes and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and collaboration across multiple teams.
* Process assignments within standard timelines (2 business days)
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in MDM systems
* Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams
* Track and report data metrics for compliance and performance
Specializations
Credit & Contract Administration:
* Review incoming contract documentation for discrepancies
* Perform credit checks in accordance with company policy
* Enter approved contracts into multiple systems
* Maintain merchant documentation and follow up on pending agreements
Location & Administrative Maintenance:
* Set up new locations and update existing records in MDM
* Manage location name changes, moves, closures, and inactivations
* Support special projects assigned by the Data Administration Team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A college degree (preferred but not required)
* Professional English communication skills
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and report comparison functions) for MDM profile
* Administrative experience and ORACLE knowledge for contract profile
* The ability to learn quickly and work well in a team
* Credit review experience is a plus
