Community Builder and Social Media Manager
We are seeking a proactive Community builder and Social Media manager to manage our Social Media accounts, focusing on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will engage with the tech and startup community and drive social selling.
* Create a strategic plan for our client base to increase customer satisfaction and ensure customer success.
* Establish a strong network within the Tech and Startup Community globally to represent our brand.
* Aquire employers searching for tech talent and generate own leads.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar environment, along with a proven track record of success in identifying business opportunities and market gaps.
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* Proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills
* Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
* Ambition to stay and grow with company long term with a focus on expanding our client base
* A flare for sales and negotiation
* An understanding of Recruitment
* Strong communication skills and a personable approach

Requirements:
