Requirements:
* Digital illustration skills, including drawing and painting
* Graphics design experience and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
* Advanced skills in Procreate, Sketch, or other illustration software
* Only original work accepted - AI-generated files disqualified
* Proven professional experience with client work, agency projects, or published illustrations
* Ability to organize files with named and grouped layers
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to label folders and files correctly
