You will guide a team of analysts, deliver best-in-class financial reporting, and partner directly with business leaders across Latin America. Your role will be crucial to ensuring accuracy, performance insights, and forward-thinking decisions across multiple functions. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Lead Overhead Financial Planning - Own the full cycle of people cost and overhead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across LATAM, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. Coach & Develop Talent - Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and performance excellence. Deliver Business Partnering Excellence - Act as a strategic finance advisor to functional leaders, providing guidance, challenge, and insight to drive better financial decisions. Support Strategic Outlooks - Coordinate input and adjustments to both strategic and non-strategic forecasts, while preparing executive-level reporting and presentations. Improve and Optimize - Identify process gaps, lead simplification initiatives, and promote automation while maintaining service quality and stakeholder alignment. We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in shared services or multinational environments. Experience managing teams and leading end-to-end processes such as P&L and cash flow forecasting. Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into business insights. Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong presentation, business partnering, and communication skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with tools like Anaplan is a plus. Experience working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with regional scope.
