OverviewWe are a fast-growing, multi-entity service company seeking a highly capable Accounting Manager based in Latin America to support our U.S. operations in a fully remote capacity. This is a process-driven role that requires ownership to build structured and scalable financial operations. The Accounting Manager will own the day-to-day accounting engine, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and collaborate with leadership to keep numbers clean, reliable, and actionable.You will take full ownership of the monthly close process, ensuring all financials are completed accurately and on time (no later than the 10th of each month). You will manage general ledger integrity across multiple entities, reconcile accounts, and standardize accounting processes to eliminate inefficiencies. You will also oversee bookkeeping and administrative accounting functions, holding team members accountable to deadlines and improving workflows. A key part of your role will be supporting job costing and margin analysis to help leadership understand financial performance and make informed decisions.This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership, thrives on creating order from chaos, and is motivated by building systems that scale.
