As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how data drives strategy, innovation, and growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design predictive models, uncover insights, and translate complex analytics into actionable business decisions. This role goes beyond reporting — you will help the company move from analyzing the past to forecasting and influencing the future. With access to a modern data stack, you will apply advanced analytics and machine learning in impactful ways while working in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment.
Base pay range: $173,000.00/yr - $173,000.00/yr .
Responsibilities
 * Design and deploy predictive models to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
 * Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Experience teams to identify high-impact opportunities for modeling and experimentation
 * Build prototypes and production-ready models in Python, leveraging modern tools such as Snowflake and dbt
 * Partner with data engineering to ensure clean, reliable, and extensible pipelines for advanced analytics
 * Translate complex model outputs into clear recommendations for senior leadership
 * Contribute to the design of analytics capabilities that can extend into customer-facing products
Qualifications
 * 5-7 years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or advanced analytics
 * Strong skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to work with large datasets and build end-to-end models
 * Experience developing forecasting, classification, or scoring models in business contexts
 * Familiarity with modern data workflows and tools such as dbt, Snowflake, Hex, or Streamlit
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
 * Bonus: experience embedding ML insights into applications or customer-facing products
