As an IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital infrastructure.
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking professional to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Key Responsibilities
* Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* IT Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Productivity Tool Integration: Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management (e.g., Teamwork, Jira, Trello), internal tool builders, and AI-driven solutions.
* Endpoint Security: Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
* Cloud Infrastructure Management: Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Software Updates and Patching: Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
* Cybersecurity Initiatives: Support cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response.
* Documentation and Training: Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
