Requirements:
* More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent agile leadership role.
* More than four years of experience in the IT industry or related field.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent Spanish language proficiency.
* Advanced English language proficiency.
