Job Title
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our eSignature solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
About the Role
This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the Senior Support Service Delivery Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our customers, ensuring they achieve the highest value and adoption of our software.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to our eSignature solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address product improvements, bugs, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our eSignature products and services.
* Partner with non-delivery teams to identify training needs and develop content.
* Utilize support tools and resources, including telephone, Salesforce, Jira, Docusign logging systems, SharePoint, browser developer tools, and SQL.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* 2+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience in a technical support capacity.
* Experience with modern markup and programming languages, such as XML, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, or similar tools.
* Experience with troubleshooting in a web-based environment, including HTTP, JSON, IIS, HTML, and CSS.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Ability to troubleshoot regular expressions and other complex data validation rules.
* Expertise with web-based applications, web service APIs, monitoring tools, and authentication technologies.
* Familiarity with structured query languages, such as SQL and SOQL.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational, writing, and time management skills.
