Growth Marketer – Global Running Company (Part‑time, Remote)
Hi! My name is Lena, founder of Go! Running Tours. We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who will own all of our marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients.
Responsibilities
Own and execute email marketing: nurture subscribers, build newsletters, optimize flows and automations, analyze data to improve performance.
Lead digital advertising across Meta and Google, explore new platforms, plan campaigns, and focus on measurable results.
Generate compelling copy and creative assets that resonate with both runners and corporate partners.
Test concepts in individual markets or cities and scale successful initiatives to other destinations.
Create case studies, pitch sponsorship opportunities, and propose bold ideas to expand reach.
Work closely with the founder and other remote colleagues; 25 hrs/week, 2–3 hours of weekly meetings, Slack communication.
About the Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a colleague who works systematically with new ideas and markets, has attention to detail, and gets super excited about the responsibility you’re given and the fact that the world is your marketing playground.
Analytical and structured marketing DNA, with creativity to craft great copy, spot new opportunities, and connect B2C and B2B insights.
Constant growth mindset: always testing initiatives in one city and scaling, researching new tech and trends, and using data/automation to improve performance.
Collaboration, speed, execution, and a drive to grow the business and yourself.
Compensation and Contract Details
USD 1,400 a month
25 hours per week
Managed via Upwork
Remote work with minimal internal meetings, allowing focus on deep work. The role is not primarily driven by money—running, bridging cultures, and being part of a fun, fast‑moving company are the main motivations.
Working Style & Culture
We work remotely, 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week, and rely on Slack. There is always time for a call. We value fast movers, super collaborators, and people with a drive to grow.
