Visual Design Specialist
We're seeking a Visual Design Specialist to help define the visual identity of our new brand. As a key member of our Growth Marketing and Organic Social team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging visuals that drive brand awareness and conversation across social media platforms.
This role requires a deep understanding of social trends, storytelling, and aesthetics. You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life in visually impactful ways, repurpose content for different formats and trends, and collaborate with copywriters and creators to build assets that feel fresh and culturally relevant.
* Develop a variety of assets for organic and paid social, including carousels, post graphics, stories, and light video edits.
* Help establish a consistent visual identity for our new brand across multiple platforms.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret briefs and create compelling visual content.
* Repurpose and adapt content for different social formats and trends.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in graphic design for marketing or social media.
* Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects or Premiere a plus, but not required).
* Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
* Proven ability to design for social performance — balancing brand polish with native, engaging formats.
* Basic familiarity with AI design tools and interest in emerging creative technologies.
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
* Excellent communication skills and openness to collaboration and feedback.
* Impressive work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Bonus points if you have experience supporting brand launches or rebrands, and/or a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram aesthetics and trends.
