Lead Software Engineer

* Write high-quality code with tools like Apache Arrow and DataFusion to build a cutting-edge data warehouse.
* Develop database optimizers, query planners, query and data routing mechanisms, cluster-to-cluster communication, and workload management techniques.
* Codify best practices for future reuse in the form of accessible, reusable patterns, templates, and codebases.
* Engage with industry trends within analytics from a data acquisition processing, engineering, management perspective.
* Understand data and analytics use cases across Web3/blockchains.
* Provide support for critical availability issues during assigned on-call rotation schedules.
Requirements
* 7+ years of experience engineering software and data platforms/enterprise-scale data warehouses.
* Strong foundation and understanding of engineering fundamentals.
* Experience with rapid development cycles in a web-based environment.
