Requirements:

* Proven experience in software development project management with expertise in onshore/Nearshore/offshore models.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and ITIL.
