The Materials Planning Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials to support production schedules and customer requirements. This role manages material planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination to maintain smooth operations and optimize costs. ResponsibilitiesMaterial Planning & Scheduling Analyze demand forecasts and production plans to determine material requirements.Develop and maintain material planning schedules aligned with manufacturing timelines.Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.Implement inventory control procedures to minimize excess and shortages.Supplier & Procurement Coordination Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery.Track purchase orders and resolve delivery issues proactively.Data & Reporting Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems (TOTVS).Prepare reports on material status, inventory levels.Continuous Improvement Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements in planning;Support cost-control initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.QualificationsDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.4 years of experience in material planning or supply chain roles.Fluent Business EnglishERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS).Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).Strong communication and problem-solving.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.#LI-JA1
