Asia Pulp & Paper (APP), one of the world’s largest integrated paper groups, with over 100,000 employees delivering products to more than 150 countries, is seeking an experienced LATAM Sales Manager to lead and grow our Parent Roll Tissue business across Latin America.
This is a high-impact senior commercial role focused on expanding market share, building key customer relationships, and driving volume growth for our tissue product portfolio.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy: Develop and execute the sales strategy for Latin America to grow market share and business volume.
Customer Relationships: Build strong partnerships with converters, distributors, and key accounts across the region.
Market Development:Identify and cultivate new opportunities across emerging and established markets.
Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
✅ What You Bring
Experience: 7–10+ years in commercial / sales roles within the tissue, paper, or FMCG sectors.
👉 Important:
Experience in tissue (especially jumbo/parent rolls) is highly valued, but not essential.
We also welcome candidates from FMCG backgrounds with strong exposure to modern retail, private label, and distributor networks, who are motivated to transition into a B2B environment and understand the retail landscape.
Industry Understanding:
* Knowledge of retail dynamics and customer expectations is important
* Exposure to B2B sales (or willingness to move into B2B)
* Familiarity with LATAM markets and commercial structures
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
Mindset: Adaptable, hands-on, growth-oriented, and commercially driven.
Independence: Comfortable managing a multi-country region and working in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a remote Individual contributor role, with frequent travel across LATAM region.
