The team provides highly personalized guidance to aspiring medical professionals and offers a mission-driven, client-focused environment ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-impact roles.Position Overview:We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to drive lead generation, warm lead conversion, affiliate outreach, and light client support. This is a generalist role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll play a key role in expanding brand reach, closing inbound sales, and supporting day-to-day client needs.Key Responsibilities:Execute outbound lead generation strategies to attract and engage prospects.Conduct warm sales calls and follow-up emails, focusing on lead conversion.Manage lead-nurturing workflows using CRM and automation tools.Re-engage previous leads through strategic outreach and email sequences.Explore affiliate marketing opportunities and potential brand collaborations.Support content efforts, including basic blog writing and social media posts.Assist in light administrative tasks and client support communications.Monitor marketing and sales metrics to inform future strategy.(Optional) Contribute to PPC/SEO efforts if you have experience.Qualifications:Excellent English communication and sales skills (verbal and written).2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer success roles.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).Comfortable using CRM tools and handling structured follow-up campaigns.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.Nice-to-Haves:Experience with CRM tools like Salesmate.Familiarity with Mailchimp, Acuity Scheduling, or basic marketing automation.Background in affiliate partnerships or outbound outreach.Ability to write short-form marketing content (blog posts, email copy, etc.).Basic understanding of SEO/PPC tools and practices.
