You will transform data and written content into compelling layouts, designs and graphics that showcase our expertise, consistently delivering business-critical intelligence to our customers. You will also embrace and implement new production technologies and workflows to optimize efficiency and enhance the visual appeal of our outputs.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESContent delivery, design and developmentPartner with reporters, analysts, economists and editors and other stakeholders to lay out newsletters, reports, whitepapers and studies quickly without compromising in quality, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design, clarity and visual consistency.Apply your expertise with Adobe InDesign to produce professional, publication-ready layoutsDesign visually engaging and informative charts, graphs and infographics that transform complex data into actionable insights using tools such as Excel (required) and PowerPoint (preferred).Take a data-driven approach to content design, combining layout expertise with a flair for storytelling to produce compelling, user-centric products.Proactively suggest visual improvements and creative solutions that enhance the effectiveness of our business-critical prices, forecasts and market intelligence.Process improvement & efficiencyLeverage automation tools (e.G. templates, stylesheets, repeatable workflows, scripts) to streamline repetitive tasks and optimize workflows, freeing up time for more strategic and creative initiatives.Implement and follow quality assurance processes to maintain accuracy, brand consistency and customer satisfaction.Embrace a culture of innovation, continuously exploring new tools and methods to evolve how we deliver content and engage users.Contribute ideas for content personalization and segmentation based on user preferences and behaviour, tailoring presentations and other deliverables for maximum impact.KEY INTERFACESYou report to the Production Team Leader.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to a supportive environment that fosters knowledge sharing and maximizes team performance.You will cultivate strong working relationships with reporters, editors, researchers and analysts based on trust and proven ability.You will be receptive to mentoring and coaching from colleagues and contribute to team efforts aimed at improving consistency and operational efficiency.QualificationsWe recruit talented, dynamic people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, all united by a belief in our mission to provide the world’s leading and most trusted price reporting, events, and intelligence service for the markets we serve.
