This position will interface frequently with the North America plant controller team, and often provides decision support as needed to Supply Chain VP/ Controller, VP’s of Manufacturing, Planning and Engineering.What You Will DoProvide accurate and timely reporting and analysis on a monthly basis for manufacturing resultsPrepare and set guidance for St Paul owned month-end journal entries for Ecolab NA plantsAnalyze, understand and explain variances to forecast, plan and prior year to division finance business partners as neededAssist with development of annual frozen standard product costs, including the annual plant budget process and various target setting activities for plantsDevelop strong working relationships with the North America plant controllers to understand cost drivers of manufacturing spend and variation to standard costSupport monthly Plant close and GL maintenance, including plant close review, changes, allocations, set-ups and testingManage quarterly NA Supply Chain Internal Controls process with Plants, Warehouses, and associated LeadershipPrepare NA presentation materials related to monthly OGSM, Sector and forecast cyclesMaintain and improve reporting for total delivered cost, Cost per Kilo and other key performance indicatorsTeam member on special projects, such as continued progression and utilization of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) supply chain or SME for SCF COE projectsRespond to numerous ad hoc requests from senior management in partnership with the Manager of Financial AnalysisMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsMinimum 4 years of finance and/or accounting experienceNo immigration sponsorship available for this positionPreferred QualificationsExperience in BI, Power BI and SAPWorking knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Corporate and Supply Chain EPMPrior experience in Supply Chain or Business gross margin roleStrong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to support relationships with all levels of management and between functionsAbility to own their work and work independently as neededOverall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguityResults-oriented, proactive, and possess a high level of integrityAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with a working knowledge and prior experience with financial reporting/analysis, budgeting and forecastingOur Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & BelongingEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
