 2. Account Management: Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and growth within the company;
 3. Account Strategy: Develop and execute plans to maximize account performance and meet business objectives;
 4. Seller Mapping: Identify and analyze Chinese sellers operating in Brazil to build new relationships and opportunities;
 5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and sellers to drive alignment and effective communication across all business units.
Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences
 6. Graduation: Open to all fields (but relevant experience is key);
 7. Languages: Advanced Mandarin is required; proficiency in Portuguese and English is a plus;
 8. Work Experience: Prior experience managing accounts in a multicultural environment, specifically with exposure to Chinese culture and business practices;
 9. Fostering cross-departmental collaboration within the organization;
 10. Building rapport and communicating effectively with sellers from the Chinese community;
 11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
 12. Effective negotiation and problem-solving capabilities;
 13. Sense of ownership and accountability in managing accounts;
 14. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in dynamic situations.
