About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SaaS systems administration, with expertise in tools such as Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Jira. Automation skills using bash, zsh, Python, etc., are also highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch support to employees through various communication channels.
* Purchase and deploy technology equipment, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for staff.
* Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools, contributing to existing knowledge bases.
* Manage SaaS applications, including Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, and related services.
* Oversee Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).
* Own and improve IDP and SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.).
* Document solutions, write help articles, and automate routine tasks.
* Manage critical incidents to completion, prioritize help desk tickets, and manage projects in sprints (agile).
* Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in SaaS systems administration.
* Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.
* Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows.
* Remote support across multiple countries/time zones.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI troubleshooting.
* Self-management skills with the ability to scope projects and coordinate across teams.
