Senior IT Recruiter Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Develop strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
* Develop scalable recruiting processes to support business growth.
* Act as a trusted representative, promoting professionalism and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent. You will recruit LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies and also support U.S.-based recruiting efforts.
