About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to build high-quality, scalable web applications using TypeScript + Next.js.
The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions and shape technical direction, collaborating closely with product and design teams to ship meaningful features fast.
This is an opportunity to mentor junior/intermediate engineers and raise the bar on code quality, while building integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors.
The Key Responsibilities
1. Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications
2. Lead architectural decisions and technical direction
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
4. Mentor and upskill junior/intermediate engineers
5. Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure and vendor integrations
6. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in building and scaling web applications
* Expert knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, and React
* Strong background in MongoDB, Redis, Docker
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers
* Excellent communication skills
* Bonus: Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, fintech/lending background
