* 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)
* Deep expertise in Brazil-specific requirements (Nota Fiscal, SPED, CFOP, CST)
* Oracle LATAM Add-on (LAD), Synchro, GSF, Mastersaf tools
* Fluent English; Portuguese preferred language
