Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer I is a requirement. Additional certifications like Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified JavaScript Developer are also beneficial.
* Designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation are essential skills for this position.
